• Account data — email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account and to contact you about the service. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Content you enter — golfer names, handicap indexes, group assignments and scores, used to provide the pairing and scoring features. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages visited and error logs, used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and improving the product. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable service.
• Support messages — the content of emails you send us, used to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interest and contract performance.
• Subscription records — the status and dates of your membership, used to give you the right level of access and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Please only enter other golfers' names and handicaps where you have a lawful basis to do so. Do not enter sensitive personal data.

• Service providers and subprocessors that host and operate the application, including our cloud hosting and database provider.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Our providers are based in the United States and data may be processed there. For users in the UK or EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep account data and your saved content for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return or export it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. UK and EEA users may also complain to their supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. California residents may request details of the personal information collected and ask for its deletion, and will not be treated differently for exercising those rights. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and row-level database rules that keep each account's lists private to that account.

We use essential cookies and browser storage only — to keep you signed in and to store your lists on your device so the app works offline. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this data in your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.

We may update this notice and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date.
