Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to each monthly renewal charge.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@golfpairings.com and we will help arrange it.

You can cancel at any time from the Membership page inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your saved golfer lists and scores stay available to view and export.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days; your bank may take longer to show the credit. Refunds are also governed by Paddle's refund policy.
